Cape CEO Martin May Resigns - Quick Facts

Cape plc (CIU.L) noted that Martin May is today resigning as Chief Executive and as a director of the company with immediate effect to pursue a new challenge. Meanwhile, Brendan Connolly has been appointed as acting Chief Executive with immediate effect.

Connolly has been a Non-Executive Director of the company since 2011.

The nomination committee has commenced a search for a replacement and a permanent appointment will be made in due course.

Volkswagen plans to invest about 22.8 billion euros in its core brand from 2018 to 2022, with main focus on e-mobility and modularization.
