Estonia's Industrial Production Increases In February

Industrial production in Estonia increased in February, reversing previous month's decline, data from Statistics Estonia showed Friday.

Production grew 1.4 percent year-on-year during the month, recovering from January's 0.4 percent fall. Manufacturing output grew 2 percent annually, but slower than 2.6 percent expansion a month ago.

Production of electricity decreased 3 percent and the production of heat increased 2 percent.

On a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis, total industrial production increased 1 percent. There was no significant change in manufacturing output compared to January.
