Austria's producer price inflation increased in February, reversing the slowing trend seen in the previous three months, data from Statistics Austria showed Friday.
The producer price index increased 2.1 percent annually in February, after rising 1.9 percent in January.
Energy prices advanced 6.5 percent in February compared to the same month a year ago. Producer prices of intermediate goods increased 0.7 percent annually and prices of consumer goods increased 2.3 percent.
Month-on-month, output prices increased 0.7 percent in February, faster than the 0.1 percent gain seen in January.
