Curis Resources Ltd. (CUV.TO) announced that Brian Causey has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Causey has assumed the role of CFO effective immediately, replacing Bernard Tan who has resigned in this capacity for the Company, but remains CFO for Hunter Dickinson Inc. and will continue in an advisory capacity with the Company.
The company said that Causey has extensive Company knowledge through his role as Vice President of Project Finance for Hunter Dickinson. He has more than 20 years' experience in financial and operations management, with particular emphasis on equipment and project finance, taxation, specialized finance structures and operational management of private and public companies.
