Ennis Hikes Quarterly Dividend - Quick Facts

Ennis Inc. (EBF: Quote) announced that the Board of Directors has increased the quarterly dividend to $0.175 per share from $0.155 per share, or an increase of 13%, and has set the record date for the Annual Shareholder Meeting.

The dividend is payable May 1, 2012 to shareholders of record on April 16, 2012. The Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on June 28, 2012, with a record date of May 1, 2012.

Data storage solutions provider EMC Corp. (EMC) reported that net income attributable to the company for first-quarter 2014 declined to $392 million or $0.19 per share, from $580 million or $0.26 per share in the same quarter last year.
