Holden has been a member of the Board of Directors since August 25, 2011. The company said that He will retain his seat on the Board. He has 17 years of experience as President or CEO in the energy and utilities industry in both countries.
Most recently, Gary served as CEO of Enmax Corporation, a Calgary-based power company. Over the five years of his tenure, company revenues grew from $1.2 billion to $2.8 billion, with a proportionate increase in earnings.
