Superior Plus Corp. (SPB.TO: Quote) announced that it has made some minor amendments to the shareholder rights plan adopted on February 16, 2012 and to be voted on by shareholder of Superior at the upcoming annual and special meeting to be held on May 2, 2012.
The amendments address comments received from ISS Proxy Advisory Services or "ISS", an independent proxy voting advisory and corporate governance services firm, to ensure the Plan conformed to ISS's current guidelines.
