Aerosmith has announced that the band's upcoming 15th studio album is near completion and should on store shelves in about three months.
The band members made the announcement about their first album in eight years while at a press conference at the Grove Mall in Los Angeles for their upcoming Global Warning tour.
"We've been underground for four months, doing what we do best," said frontman Steven Tyler, who was wearing a half-buttoned shimmery red polka dot shirt. "We got two more songs to finish before mixing."
Among the song titles on the album are "Legendary Child," "Beautiful" and "Out Go the Lights."
As the band left the stage, closing the press conference, Tyler issued a promise to Aerosmith fans,
"We will not let you down," he said.
