Green Day has added three additional shows to the band's European lineup late this summer.
The band hits Munchengladbach's Hockey Park on August 29, before moving on to Berlin's Wuhkheide on August 30; after that, the band plays Rock Am See festival in Konstanz on August 31.
The California-based punkers have a total of seven summer shows lined up following their headline gigs at Japan's Summer Sonic festival, Italy's I-Day festival in Bologna and France's Rock En Seine event.
The group is currently in the studio working on the follow-up to 2009's 21st Century Breakdown.
In anticipation of the album, they have been releasing short clips documenting the recording progress. The latest, a 30-second video available through various web outlets, features Billie Joe Armstrong recording vocals and playing guitar.
