Turkey's GDP Growth Eases In Q4

Turkey's economic growth slowed to 5.2 percent year-on-year in the fourth quarter from 8.4 percent in the third quarter, data from the Turkish Statistical Institute showed Monday.

At the same time, calendar adjusted growth came in at 4.7 percent annually. On a quarterly basis, seasonal and calendar adjusted growth was 0.6 percent.

Annual gross domestic product rose 17.8 percent in 2011 in current prices and advanced 8.5 percent in constant prices.
