Only one month after nu-metal rockers Limp Bizkit announced plans for a new album, rumors abound that frontman Fred Durst is looking to boot two of the band members out of the group.
Gossip site TMZ.com reports that Durst might be debating axing both longtime members John Otto and DJ Lethal from the group.
Although the reports are unconfirmed as of now, DJ Lethal says he would be surprised if Durst decided to dump two longtime members on the verge of dropping a new record:
"We've worked together the last four years to bring Limp Bizkit back to where it is today," he tells TMZ.com, "and to be thrown out on the street after the band gets a new deal and a new chance at life isn't cool."
"You can't push away the people who helped you get there. The fans should know that if 2/5 of the original band are not playing at the concerts, it won't be truthful to them," added the DJ.
