Tracy Morgan reportedly had a minor fender bender with a cyclist in New York City earlier this week. According to eonline.com, the "30 Rock' funnyman was sitting in his silver Jaguar on the Upper West Side when he opened the car door, slamming into the cyclist.
Sources report that Morgan was unhurt and the biker was treated for minor injuries. He spoke with the New York Post shortly after the accident, noting:
"I mean this guy was wearing all black. If you want to write a story about something, write a story about how these guys should wear lights or reflectors or something."
He adds that as a native to New York City these kinds of incidents come as no surprise:
"This kind of stuff happens all the time in the city," he added. "I grew up in the city. I've been dealing with this stuff for years. Brooklyn-born and -raised, Bed-Stuy do or die."
