Logica Plc (LOG.L) said Seamus Keating will step down as a director after thirteen years with the company to concentrate on other interests. His resignation from the Executive Committee and the Board took effect from April 3 evening.
Seamus joined Logica in 1999. He served as Group CFO from 2002 until the end of 2010.
Based on the performance of the Benelux business in the first two months of the year and the plans the company has in place, Logica continues to expect the Benelux to return to profitability for 2012.
Meanwhile, Serge Dubrana, Chief of Operations, will take executive responsibility for the Benelux business in addition to his existing role with the support of the strengthened team now in place. The process is underway to recruit a local leader for Logica's Dutch business which will be announced in due course.
