At 4:30 am ET Wednesday, U.K. services PMI for March is due for release. Ahead of the data, the pound showed mixed trading against other major currencies. While the pound fell against the yen, it rose against the franc and the euro. Against the dollar, it recovered slightly from an early low.
At 4:25 am ET, the pound was worth 1.5900 against the greenback, 131.56 against the yen, 1.4509 against the franc and 0.8302 against the euro.
