National American University Holdings Q3 Profit Falls

National American University Holdings, Inc. (NAUH) reported third quarter net income attributable to the company of $0.5 million or $0.02 per share, down from last year's $3.9 million or $0.14 per share.

Total revenue for the quarter increased 8 percent to $29.9 million from $27.7 million last year.

The company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.0325 per share to be paid on or about April 6 on all outstanding shares of record as of March 30.
