Enphase Energy Completes $61.9 Mln Stock Offering

Enphase Energy, Inc., (ENPH: Quote) said Wednesday that it has closed the underwritten public offering of about 10.3 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $6.00 per share for gross proceeds of about $61.9 million.

The shares include about 1.35 million shares of common stock sold pursuant to the over-allotment option granted by the company to the underwriters, which option was exercised in full.

The net proceeds from the sale of the shares, after deducting the underwriters' discounts and other estimated offering expenses payable by Enphase Energy, will be about $54.6 million.

The report said durable goods orders surged up by 3.3 percent in April after tumbling by a revised 5.9 percent in March.
