Red Hot Chili Peppers have made an EP available for free download on their official website. The short player features five live tracks recorded during their 2011 European tour.
Tracks included are three older cuts: "Give It Away," "If You Have to Ask" and "Dani Californi." Two older cuts, "Look Around" and "Monarchy of Roses," complete the track list.
Drummer Chad Smith handpicked the tunes/performances for the free release.
The Peppers are heading back to Europe to play a series of festivals, and have announced that for U.K.'s Knebworth Park show (June 23) they would like Jimmy Page to join them:
"Jimmy Page has come to our shows before but we haven't had a chance to play with him. That would be really cool, so maybe that can happen," said Smith.
