Gainers:

Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. (BBBY) is rising nearly 5 percent to $69.25. The company's fourth quarter profit increased 24 percent from the previous year. Earnings per share and sales were above Wall Street view. The company provided soft earnings guidance for its first quarter.

Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (ALTH) is gaining 28 percent to $1.83. Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SPPI) agreed to buy the company for $1.82 per share in cash plus one Contingent Value Right. SPPI is down 9 percent to $11.15.

Cleantech Solutions International, Inc. (CLNT) is jumping 24 percent to $7.04.

Decliners:

Constellation Brands, Inc. (STZ) is falling 9 percent to $22.50. The company's fourth quarter reported profit plunged from the previous year. However, on a comparable basis, the company's profit increased from last year. Consolidated net sales declined 12 percent from the year-ago quarter. The company guided fiscal 2013 earnings per share below consensus. The company also authorized new $1 billion share repurchase program.

Polycom, Inc. (PLCM) is falling 18 percent to $14.90. The company expects first quarter results to miss Wall Street view. The company said its quarterly revenue growth rate was below its overall expectations, driven primarily by shortfalls in Asia Pacific and North America.

Ruby Tuesday, Inc. (RT) is declining 12 percent to $7.79. The company's third quarter profit declined from last year. The company also lowered its fiscal year 2012 earnings outlook.

Parametric Technology Corp. (PMTC) is down 4 percent to $26.00. The company lowered its forecast for second quarter of 2012. The company said its license revenue was impacted by a large transaction in Europe that did not close and lower than expected performance in North America.

Carmike Cinemas Inc. (CKEC) is falling 10 percent to $13.01. The company announced the pricing of public offering of 4 million common shares at $13.00 per share.
