Fitch Ratings said that it has affirmed the following credit ratings for Duke Realty Corp. (DRE: Quote) and its operating partnership, Duke Realty Limited Partnership.

Fitch Ratings said that it affirmed Duke Realty Corp.'s Issuer Default Rating or IDR at 'BBB-' and Preferred stock at 'BB'.

Fitch Ratings also said that it affirmed Duke Realty Limited Partnership's IDR at 'BBB-', Senior unsecured notes at 'BBB-', Senior unsecured exchangeable notes at 'BBB-' and Unsecured revolving credit facility at 'BBB-'.

The Rating Outlook is Stable.
