New Frontier Media, Inc. (NOOF) said Thursday it has entered into a new content and development deal with BlueBird Films, a global content production company with studios in London, Prague and Las Vegas.
The content is expected to be distributed worldwide through New Frontier Media's The Erotic Network, or TEN, 15 pay-per-view channels and video-on-demand services.
The deal includes a commitment from Bluebird to develop and produce 250 hours of original content starting from April 2012. This content will be exclusively provided to New Frontier's worldwide cable and satellite customers.
In addition, 2500 high-definition scenes from Bluebird's existing library will also be available for worldwide distribution.
The deal also includes an option to acquire up to 900 additional to-be-produced scenes over a three year term.
