The euro pared some of its early gains against other major currencies in late Asian deals on Tuesday.
The euro is now trading at 0.8239 against the pound, 106.62 against the yen, 1.2018 against the franc and 1.3112 against the greenback, compared to an early high of 0.8256, new multi-day highs of 107.49, 1.2028 and 1.3145, respectively.
