Following the release of the Swiss unemployment rate for March at 1:45 am ET Tuesday, the franc changed little against other major currencies. As of now, the franc is worth 0.9169 against the dollar, 1.2025 per euro, 88.78 against the yen and 1.4597 against the pound.
