Procera Networks Inc. (PKT) Tuesday said it plans to sell 3.5 million shares in a public offering. Procera said it will use the proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes including potential acquisitions.
Procera intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15 percent of the shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
Stifel Nicolaus Weisel is the sole book-running manager, while William Blair & Company is the co-lead manager and Pacific Crest Securities, Raymond James and Sterne Agee are serving as co-managers.
