Fitch Ratings said that it has upgraded Kronos International Inc.'s Issuer Default Rating or IDR to 'B+' from 'B'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.
Fitch Ratings said also upgraded Kronos International Inc.'s Senior secured revolving credit facility to 'BB+/RR1' from 'BB/RR1'; Senior secured notes to 'BB-/RR3' from 'B/RR4'.
