Fitch Ratings Upgrades Kronos International's IDR To 'B+' - Quick Facts

Fitch Ratings said that it has upgraded Kronos International Inc.'s Issuer Default Rating or IDR to 'B+' from 'B'. The Rating Outlook is Stable.

Fitch Ratings said also upgraded Kronos International Inc.'s Senior secured revolving credit facility to 'BB+/RR1' from 'BB/RR1'; Senior secured notes to 'BB-/RR3' from 'B/RR4'.

Automakers on Monday reported strong U.S. vehicle sales for the month of July, driven by continued demand for trucks and sport-utility vehicles amid an improving economy, lower gas prices and easy availability of credit. Detroit's Big Three - General Motors Co., Ford Motor Co. and FCA US, LLC - all reported vehicle sales above analyst expectations. British lender Lloyds Banking Group Plc.
