Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon have sold their oceanfront house in Malibu, California for $7.925 million. Listed at $10 million last year, the price had been reduced once already to $8.795 million.
Located on La Costa Beach, the home — which has been on the market since 2006 — was originally listed for $14 million.
The Osbournes originally bought the 4,500-square-foot home for $5.1 million in March 2003, and had reportedly been renting it over the years while living primarily in the Hidden Hills, California home they bought in 2007.
The house featured a walled garden, five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a second floor that was taken up by a master bedroom suite and a wood-paneled library.
