Citrix Closes Podio Acquisition - Quick Facts

Citrix (CTXS) announced the completion of the acquisition of Podio, a privately held company that offers a collaborative work platform which supports people and teams getting work done the way they want in a social setting. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company also added that Podio's unique apps concept adds structure and activity streams to any type of work and collaboration with teams, clients, in projects, and within functions such as sales, recruiting, marketing or any other area of business.

Wells Fargo's two former employees have filed a lawsuit against the bank, seeking $2.6 billion, on behalf of employees affected amid the unauthorized accounts scandal.
