Philips Says Deborah DiSanzo To Succeed Steve Rusckowski As Healthcare CEO

Royal Philips Electronics (PHG,PHGFF.PK) announced the appointment of Deborah DiSanzo as Chief Executive Officer of Philips Healthcare and member of its Executive Committee, with effect from May 1, 2012.

The company stated that DiSanzo will succeed Steve Rusckowski, who will leave the company per April 30, 2012.

Separately, Quest Diagnostics Inc. (DGX) announced that Stephen Rusckowski will succeed Surya Mohapatra, as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective May 1, 2012.
