Lufthansa Group March Traffic Up 7.7% - Quick Facts

German aviation group Deutsche Lufthansa AG (DLAKY.PK,DLAKF.PK) Thursday reported a 7.7% growth in March traffic to 16.21 billion revenue seat-kilometers compared with last year, with available seat-kilometers rising 3.6% year-over year to 21.12 billion. The pricing environment developed positively.

Passenger load factor for the latest month was 76.8%, up 3.0 percentage points from the earlier year period, as well as the Group's March Cargo Load-factor improved 0.1 points to 69.7%.

Lufthansa Group posted a 5.9% year-on-year improvement in its passengers to 8.17 million.
