H.B. Fuller Co. (FUL: Quote) announced that its Board voted to increase the Company's regular quarterly dividend from $0.075 per share of common stock to $0.085 per share of common stock. This represents a 13 percent increase over the prior quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on May 10, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 26, 2012.
