Paul Rodgers recently sat down with Spinner.com to discuss a number of issues including his storied career, his stint with Queen, and the possiblity of a Bad Company reunion.

When asked about his nickname, "The Voice," the singer laughed and said, "That's not something I'd call myself, but I take it as a compliment."

The interview then broached the topic of Rodger's time spent with Queen and his feelings about parting ways with his brief collaborators.

"Being in a band is all-consuming and I like to have a life," Rodgers explained. "After leaving Queen I decided to stop doing those mega-four-month tours." Instead, Rodgers says he prefers when "I go out for a month and my dog recognizes me when I come home."

The former Bad Company frontman was asked about a reunion with the band, of which he was non-committal. "I don't like reunions that much. It's just so many people want it and I get talked into it. Who am I to stand in the way?"
