DCP Midstream Partners CFO Angela Minas Resigns; Names Rose Robeson Successor

DCP Midstream Partners LP (DPM: Quote) and DCP Midstream LLC, the owner of the general partner of the Partnership, said Thursday that the Partnership's Vice President and CFO Angela Minas has decided to resign to pursue other interests, effective May 11, 2012

As a replacement, Rose Robeson, the current group vice president and CFO of DCP Midstream LLC, will be named senior vice president and CFO of the Partnership. Robeson previously served executive positions at Total Petroleum and Kinder Morgan.

The companies also noted that Sean O'Brien, currently vice president financial planning and analysis and treasurer of DCP Midstream LLC, will be appointed to the position of senior vice president and CFO of the same company.

Scott Delmoro, who is currently in a developmental role in the commercial organization, will become vice president and treasurer of DCP Midstream LLC.
