Law enforcement officials say the investigation of Whitney Houston's death is closed, adding that no signs of foul play were detected.
The official cause of death is accidental drowning as a result of a poor heart condition, which was exacerbated by use of cocaine.
Houston's personal assistant was the last to see her alive on February 11 between 2:35 and 3 PM. According to the coroner's report, she told the assistant she was going to "take a bath to start getting ready for tonight" before the assistant left to go shopping. The assistant returned at 3:36 PM to find Houston face down in the tub and called 911 shortly thereafter.
The police department also released a phone call from a hotel worker to 911, which did not uncover any pertinent information.
