Vlov, Inc. (VLOV.OB), Friday, reported a lower profit for the fourth quarter.
The China-based company reported a fourth-quarter net profit of $4.1 million or $0.53 per share, compared to $6.0 million or $0.77 per share last year.
Excluding $0.2 million of non-cash charges and $1.5 million of non-cash gains, adjusted net income for the quarter dropped to $4.3 million or $0.55 per share from $4.5 million or $0.57 per share in the prior-year quarter.
Total revenues for the quarter grew to $31.0 million from $24.7 million in the prior-year quarter.
