Lauryn Hill performed at London's Indigo2 over the weekend, marking her first show in England in five years.

She sang some of her biggest hits including "I Get Out," "How Many Mics," "Ready or Not," "Ex-Factor," "Nothing Even Matters" and "Lost Ones."

The performance was well-received by the local press as the review from the Arts Desk proved:

"She silenced the doubters with a fully commanding and controlling show."

The Guardian, somewhat less fulsome with its praise, added that "her full control over her instrument is clear."

Hill recently hinted that she may be working on new material soon, telling her fans: "I'm in transition still. Be patient with me. New is coming."

The announcement came during her concert at Hollywood's Palladium on Valentine's Day.
