Kanye West has bowed to pressure from the maker of Theraflu over his use of the drug name as a song title. West posted on his website the new title for the song, saying simply: "Kanye announces the creative decision to title the track 'Way Too Cold.'"
West did not acknowledge Theraflu's orginal objection, which, in a statement to TMZ.com, said: "We in no way endorse or approve of the references or use of the image and likeness of Theraflu in this manner."
"Theraflu is an over-the-counter product used to help relieve cold and flu symptoms that millions of consumers rely on," the statement continued.
West has also changed the album's cover art, replacing the Theraflu packaging with a plain white bottle.
The newly titled song "Way Too Cold" features DJ Khaled and is now available for download on Kanye's website.
