Meryl Streep and Kevin Kline have both reportedly signed on to appear as Romeo and Juliet for a one-night-only appearance in New York's Central Park. News came from New York's Public Theater earlier this week, who confirmed that the pair will take the stage on June 18.

The show will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the theater's annual Shakespeare in the Park season, which is held at the Delacourt Theater. This will be the sixth appearance for Streep at the venue with the last appearance also coming alongside Kline in 2006's "Mother Courage and Her Children." According to CBSnews.com this will serve as Kline's ninth appearance on the stage.

In addition to the performance there will also be a tribute to Al Pacino's contributions to Shakespeare in the Park, including his 2010 appearance in "Merchant of Venice." Tickets for the event start at $1,500.
