China-based Internet video company Tudou Holdings Limited (TUDO) said Wednesday it has entered into a joint collaboration with China Central Television Sports & Entertainment Ltd., or CCTV, which is China's state television broadcaster and the exclusive broadcaster for the London 2012 Olympic Games in China.

Tudou said that as part of the collaboration the two companies will jointly broadcast London Action, a specially designed series of programs focusing on the Olympics.

According to the company, today marks the beginning of the 100-day countdown to the London 2012 Olympic Games and the launch of London Action, which will be made available exclusively to Tudou's 227 million monthly unique visitors through its Olympics channel.

London Action represents CCTV's first theme program focused on the Olympics that will merge a variety of media formats, including news, interviews, documentaries and other feature stories to provide viewers with a holistic perspective of the Olympics.

In addition to exclusive access to London Action, Tudou said it will enhance its users' experience by allowing them to interact, comment and share content with other users.
