Linkin Park Confirm New Album And Tour Dates

Linkin Park have revealed that their forthcoming new album will be titled Living Things and is set to hit stores on June 26. Speaking with MTV, Chester Bennington explained that the follow-up to A Thousand Suns marks an even mix between their early roots and current tastes:

"This album is a really great representation of where we're at right now as a band," he said. "We're kind of really comfortable with our early nü-metal days, and we're really comfortable with where we're at in our more contemporary version of ourselves; so this is a good representation of that comfort level with our own identity as a band."

In support of the album, the band will hit the road with Incubus and MuteMath on the upcoming Honda Civic Tour.
