Maroon 5 has released "Payphone," the lead single from their upcoming album, Overexposed. The track features a verse from Taylor Gang rapper Wiz Khalifa.

"If happy ever after did exist, I would still be holding you like this," front man Adam Levine sings on the track, which reminisces on a failed relationship.

"At this point in our career I think it was a good thing to completely mix up our process and it yielded good results, as well as a more collaborative spirit within the band,"
guitarist James Valentine told Rolling Stone regarding the collab.

Wiz joined the group to perform the track on the Monday, April 16 airing of NBC's The Voice.

Overexposed, which the band says features a host of guest spots, is due June 26.
