Sheryl Crow and Dierks Bentley will wait tables as part of the 11th annual Kevin Carter Waiting for Wishes celebrity charity dinner. The event is scheduled for Tuesday May 8 at The Palm Restaurant and is being hosted by Kevin Carter and Rascal Flatts' Jay DeMarcus.
The dinner also includes a live auction and a silent auction with fabulous trips and autographed celebrity memorabilia.
Other celebrities expected to be on hand to help wait tables include singer Lee Ann Womack, and NFL players Jerome Bettis, Keith Bulluck, Tony Gonzalez, Priest Holmes, Derrick Mason and Will Witherspoon.
Tickets are going for $500 and the event is expected to sell out. Proceeds go to benefit The Kevin Carter Foundation and Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee. The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Middle Tennessee uses its donations to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses.
