Pakistan Begins Probe Into Airliner Crash

Pakistan Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani Saturday ordered a judicial probe into Friday's airliner crash near Islamabad in which all 127 people on board were killed.

Pakistan has blocked the head of Bhoja Air, whose jet crashed, from leaving the country and ordered him into protective custody as it began an investigation into its second major air disaster in less than two years.

The ill-fated flight was on its inaugural flight on the Karachi-Islamabad route when it met with the accident. Heavy rain and wind storm were lashing parts of Islamabad at dusk, and CAA blamed the accident on poor weather.
