Conservative Christians in South Korea are protesting Lady Gaga's slate of Asian gigs where she is launching her Born This Way Ball world tour on Friday, April 27.
Several groups have complained that the Mother Monster's lyrics and costumes are too provocative. The uproar caused authorities to ban fans under the age of 18 from seeing her performance at Seoul's Olympic Stadium.
And, when Gaga landed in Korea she was met by a prayer group which had gathered to pray that her appearance be canceled altogether.
"We will pray to God that the concert will not be realized so that homosexuality and pornography will not spread around the country," prayer organizer Kang Ju-Hyun told U.K.'s The Mirror.
Other Asian tour stops include Hong Kong, Tokyo, Taipei, Manila and Bangkok.
