Linkin Park recently collaborated with former Arcade Fire violin player Owen Pallett for the track "I'll Be Gone," after drummer Rob Bourdon reached out to him.

Front man Mike Shinoda spoke on the collaboration:

"He did the strings on 'I'll Be Gone'. I've not met him in person though, I think he may have met our drummer Rob, those two were emailing back and forth. I really love what he did with the song and what he did with Arcade Fire is just sensational."

"I'll Be Gone" is featured on the band's upcoming album Living Things.

Track list:

"Lost In The Echo"

"In My Remains"

"Burn It Down"

"Lies Greed Misery"

"I'll Be Gone"

"Castle Of Glass"

"Victimized"

"Roads Untraveled"

"Skin To Bone"

"Until It Breaks"

"Tinfoil"

"Powerless"
