The U.S. new home sales report for March, consumer confidence report for April, the Federal House Finance Agency's house price index for February and the Richmond Fed's manufacturing index for April have been released at 10:00 am ET.
The US dollar edged lower against its major counterparts following the data. As of 10:03 am ET, the greenback was trading at 1.3214 against the euro, 0.9097 against the Swiss franc, 1.6146 against the pound and 81.13 against the yen.
