UBS Investment Bank Chairman Wilmot-Sitwell Said To Join BofA: Reports

UBS AG's (UBS) Investment Bank Chairman Alex Wilmot-Sitwell would join Bank of America Corp. (BAC), according to reports.

Reports said BofA hired Wilmot-Sitwell as president of Europe and Emerging markets, excluding Asia. Wilmot-Sitwell is expected to join in the coming months and will be based in London.
