Community Choice Financial Inc. said that the initial public offering price per share is expected to be between $13.00 and $15.00 per share. The company is selling 10.67 million common shares.
The underwriters have an option to purchase a maximum of 1.6 million additional shares from the company and the selling shareholders to cover over-allotments of shares.
Community Choice Financial has applied to list its common shares on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "CCFI".
