Lindsay Lohan is reeling from a recent dis by Rosie O'Donnell, who went after her on television after the latter discovered Lohan would be playing Liz Taylor in an upcoming biopic.
Rosie, on an appearance on the "Today" show with Matt Lauer, said that she feels "sorry" for Lohan:
"I think she needs a lot of time away . . . She's had a lot of trouble doing every single movie, including 'SNL'. She was out and not in rehearsal. I think she's not in a place to work."
"I don't think she's right for the role and I don't think she's capable at this point to portray that character," she added regarding Lohan's part in the upcoming Taylor pic "Liz and Dick."
Lindsay, apparently, has fond memories of her first television appearance—on Rosie's show—and is hurt by O'Donnell's comments.
