D.R. Horton Plans $300 Mln Senior Notes Offering

Homebuilder D.R. Horton, Inc. (DHI) said Wednesday that it plans to offer and sell about $300 million in aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
