VTM Ltd. aid its board had approved the sub-division of its equity shares of 10 each into ten shares of Re.1 each.
The board also recommended a dividend of Rs.4.00 per equity share of Rs.10 each for the fiscal year 2012.
The company clocked fourth-quarter net profit of Rs.1.15 crore, compared with a net loss of Rs.0.19 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. Total net income from operations fell to Rs.26.01 crore from the Rs.39.75 crore in the year-ago quarter.
AT the BSE, VTM shares are currently trading at Rs.127.50, down 0.08 percent from the previous close.
